The Privacy Policy for Candidates is a supplement to the Privacy Policy for visitors and applies to everyone who registers as a candidate at JB Flammang.
1. Information supplied by the candidate
JB Flammang can use the information supplied by the candidate for the following purposes:
1a. To process the curriculum vitae.
1b. To send one or more mails related to the application (open or for a specific vacancy), such as but not limited to, a confirmation e-mail, a rejection, or an invitation for an email.
1c. To inform one of vacancies, tips, skills, etc. that JB Flammang believes can contribute to a more successful website for the client.
2. Information to third parties
Information supplied to JB Flammang by the client will never be disclosed to third parties. There is one exception to this rule:
2a. If there is a court order issued to provide information.
3. Security
The information provided by candidates to JB Flammang is stored in a secured environment.
4. Adjusting a candidate´s information
The candidate is always able to change the information they provided. In such a case, JB Flammang can ask the candidate to reflect this change in a manner prescribed by JB Flammang, and in some cases identification may be required.
