Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Senior Transfer Agent Administrator for a growing international service provider. The client has around 130 people in Luxembourg and are building further in existing activities and new ventures. Due to this growth we are looking for a new person to strength the team with this new role.
Function
• Receiving, analyzing and validating all the documents required to comply with the Transfer Agency regulations in Luxembourg;
• Ensuring the Transfer Agency client files are updated;
• Maintaining accurate and up to date records of statutory obligations;
• Filing and recording all legal documentation as required by CSSF;
• Responding to different requests from clients;
• Participating in periodic audits, Compliance and Risk sample checks;
• Ensuring effective understanding of specific process and be strict to procedure;
• Consistently taking ownership of tasks and show initiative;
• Coaching of junior administrators;
Requirements
• At least 2 years proven experience in a similar position in the Transfer Agency environment in Luxembourg and especially in the PE/RE funds;
• Able to fluently communicate in English, in written and verbally; German and French are considered as an asset;
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of Transfer Agency requirements for Luxembourg regulated investment funds with capital calls/distributions/returns;
• Able to take responsibility, prioritise, initiative and to get on with as a team player;
• Demonstrate motivation, enthusiastic approach, good organisational capabilities, excellent client service attitude and proactivity;
• Regularly exhibits behaviours associated with the core value (engagment, integrity, result oriented, team spirit);
• Proper knowledge of MS office and especially Microsoft Excel.
